L<C is not certified Kosher or Halal but is suitable for these diets.
7. How many calories does one spray of L<C contain?
One Spray of L<C Olive or Sunflower contains 0.8 calories.
8. How should I store L<C?
L<C should be stored in cool dry place.
9. How do I use the spray?
- Shake the can well.
- Spray 6-8” over clean, dry, unheated cooking surfaces.
- Spraying the oil hold can vertically or at an angle while spraying.
- Bring your frying pan etc. to correct temperature.
- Do not hold can horizontally when spraying the oil. This may cause the gas in the canister to dispense quicker than the oil, which can result in the gas running out before all the oil has been dispensed. Please contact us if you have any further questions.

11. How many sprays do you get from each can of L<C?
You can get an average of 625, 0.4ml sprays in each can of L<C.

13. Can I store L<C in my fridge?
L<C should not be refrigerated.
14. Is L<C friendly to the environment?
Both the can and the cap are recyclable. L<C does not contain any CFCs.
15. Can L<C be refilled?
No, L<C can not be refilled. Please recycle the packaging and purchase a new can of L<C from your local supermarket.
16. When I spray L<C it comes out white, is this normal?
Yes, don’t worry. This is perfectly normal. In order to achieve a good spray the oil is emulsified and as a result has a white appearance.
17. Does L<C contains alcohol like other oil sprays on the market?
L<C is alcohol free. Alcohol is added to some other sprays to make the spray work; L<C achieves its spray by its unique can and nozzle design.

Hi,
what are the ingredients inside the can? If you dont use alcohol- that is exellent, but what do you use instead to achieve the spray affect?
