Thanks for your query it is very much appreciated. In response to your comment if you compare L&lt;C Spray and Fry Light per 100ml L&lt;C Spray has lower calories and total Fats than Fry Lights (both sunflower products).

L&lt;C Sunflower Oil Spray

Cals - 210
Fats - 22g

Fry Light Sunflower oil
&lt;strong&gt;Per 100ml&lt;/strong&gt;
Cals - 531
Fats 56g

Therefore in terms of volume L&lt;C spray is the more healthier option</description>
